« A PROFESSIONAL AGENCY
WITH A LIGHTHEARTED SPIRIT!»
We specialize in conveying the right message, at the right time, to the right journalist, ensuring outstanding media coverage across press, web, radio, TV, and podcasts.
We forge strategic partnerships with the most relevant content creators to effectively target your audience on social media and online platforms, including blogs, enhancing your organic search visibility.
Create a list of the most relevant guests for your events (Key Opinion Leaders in your ecosystem), send out invitations and follow up to maximise attendance, and welcome guests on the day.
Founded by Sandra Messibah after years of experience in press relations, the agency was established in 2009, initially focusing on the lifestyle sector, particularly in tourism and hotel industries.
In 2016, we rebranded as Hello la Com’ and expanded our presence to Bordeaux while maintaining our roots in Paris. It now has a team of three people and has already assisted over 230 clients.
The agency is a member of Apacom (Association of Communications Professionals of Nouvelle Aquitaine), AJT (Association of Tourism Journalists) and exclusive press relations partner of Club Hôtelier Bordeaux Métropole.
For over 15 years,
we've bridged
our clients
(carefully chosen to represent with passion)
with journalists
and influencers.
We ensure a balanced relationship between brands’ communication needs and journalists’ duty to inform.
This approach has earned us recommendations from both sectors.
The team consists of Sandra, the agency’s founder and director, supported on a daily basis by Léonie and Axel, who represent you in your dealings with the media and influencers.
After gaining a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages applied to business and commerce at La Sorbonne Nouvelle, Sandra turned to press relations at the European Communication School. With a passion for the media, she took her first steps in the press department at Le Bon Marché during her Masters in PR and Events. She soon turned her attention to tourism and gained a wealth of agency experience. Before setting up her own agency in 2009.
Distinctive trait: she harbors a distinct fondness for gastronomy and maintains the delightful tradition of never missing tea time!
After earning a bachelor’s degree in English and Japanese, Léonie specialised in press relations and influence by joining ESP. Her first work-study experience as a press officer made her fall in love with the profession. Four years later, after gaining experience in agencies and as a freelancer, she joined Hello la Com on a permanent contract.
Distinctive trait: she speaks Japanese… and that always surprises people!
After completing his DUT (technical university diploma) in Marketing Techniques in La Rochelle, Axel discovered press relations at ISCOM Bordeaux: it was love at first sight! He joined the agency as a press officer for an internship in January 2024, which was extended to a work-study programme for his Master’s degree before he was recruited on a permanent contract. In addition to his clients, he also manages the agency’s social media accounts.
Distinctive trait: Athletic, he never misses his Sunday morning run!
